About Me
Born & raised in NYC I’ve had a few slices in my time. I feel like pizza is party of my DNA.
I’ve been working in kitchens and making all types of food for the past 35 years. Bars, burger joints, Italian, Mexican & Polish restaurants, BBQ, fine dining, catering and running baseball stadiums….I’ve done a lot over the years. Yet, there is one thing I crave, one thing that I miss from the ‘old country’ (lol). That would be pizza. It is my drug and I love it dearly. I’ve worked in a few pizza shops over the years and realized it was time to start making pizza out here in White Salmon, WA….mainly because it gives me something delicious to eat everyday.
